Anne Butler's Full House 2nd Round completion: 16th September 2023

On Saturday 16th September 2023, Anne Butler (Past President and current Secretary of the Society), completed her second Full House round*. She was joined by over 50 fellow Munroists and friends on her last Graham (Meall Tairbh near Bridge of Orchy) for a lot of champagne on the top and further celebrations in Tyndrum afterwards.

Anne was/is only the fourth recorded person, and the first woman, to have completed two Full House Rounds. It took her just five years to climb over 1100 hills and mountains in Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland that comprise one Full House round. She climbed her first Munro 25 years ago. A remarkable achievement.
